    Mobile phones are the instrument which is central in every movement of modern human life. It has become a basic need and a means of communication globally. Further, the development of mobile communication technology which consists of internet, MP3 player, GPS route navigation technology, camera and apps is in demand now-a-days. Hence, it’s a sign of innovation which is ever-changing and is updating as a result of the consumer taste and preferences (Mokhlis & Yaakop, 2012). Hence, being a sales partner of iPhone, I will strategize a plan which will enable the entry of iPhone in Sri Lanka.
Analysis
    According to research conducted by Statista, it is observed that the leading mobile phone vendor in Sri Lanka as on 2021 is Samsung which was able to capture 42.49% of market share. This was followed by Huawei and Xiaomi which were able to capture 21.79% and 8.37% of market share in Sri Lanka (Statista, 2021).
    The sales channel which will be chosen in Sri Lanka for the launch of iPhone will be indirect sales channel. In this iPhone company will distribute their product to third party stores, wholesaler and retailers. This will help iPhone to intensify its reach in every region of Sri Lanka (Cuofano, 2018).
