• Understanding the intricate patterns of human behavior within a supply chain network is essential for optimizing efficiency, mitigating riks, and fostering collaboration. In the complex web of interconnected processes, the actions and decisions of individuals play a pivotal role in creating an effective and thriving supply chain. In this assignment, research news articles or academic journals where unexpected patterns of behavior or cultural difference has created significant challenges for the organization.

These could include process improvements, technology adoption, or strategic partnerships by creating a 3-5 slide PowerPoint with meeting notes or Kaltura slide presentation that describes the services and impact of the services to improve the effectiveness of the supply chain.
