This Helper Studio video presents the case of Meghan. She is a 35 year old Asian female who has become uncomfortable with a work situation that involves diversity and human rights. As a mental health professional, you would need to make some difficult decisions about how to proceed with this type of client.
Magean: So I don't know if I want to mention this but it's something at work that just happened. I'm uncomfortable with it and I don't want to sound bad or anything like that but one of our other people that I work with, you know, he well now he's a she. So I guess, you know, whatever he's now a she. And he's now allowed to use our bathroom, which is the woman's bathroom, which I don't understand why he's allowed to use our bathroom. I know just because he's a woman now and they're like, "Okay, fine you can use it." But it's our bathroom; it's a woman's bathroom. We go in there to get away from the guys in the office. I just don't understand, I just don't get it. I don't know why he deserved something special. So I guess, you know, what do you think? I mean, why do these people deserve a special law?
