Using either the company you created in Module 1 or creating a new non for profit, write a 1000 essay (approx. 5 pages) that address the following topics:
Give an overview of your not for profit organization. Describe it's mission and purpose. Using this as your model, lay out a methodology for how you create a data base of prospective donors and what research would you deploy to best capture the most likely donors to your organization. How would you use your current donors to help you profile your prospective donors?
Describe the importance of the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool and how you would deploy it within your company. What are the benefits to such as system and what would you do to ensure that you select the correct system for your organization?
Measuring outcomes is a critical part of running any successful organization. Describe the "dashboard" that you would put in place to measure the value and success or failure of each of your programs. Evaluate those metrics that are most significant to measuring the success and how it ties into the mission of the institution?
Describe how you would integrate your "Grassroots Fundraising" into your donor pyramid. How would you go about engaging high profile donors for your cause and establish a link between them and your organization? Is there a way to quantitatively measure the impact of high profile donors to your organization? If so, describe how you would incorporate it into your "dashboard"?
