significant others and wider society…
Professionals face complex and unpredictable
situations... Engaging in these critically will be

Example – Introduction
"In reflecting upon a time where I have not been
successful with influencing a group, I immediately
thought of my experience with a FME project. About half
way through our spring semester, my company was in a
lull as we were getting close to the Business Fair, the
main event of the year. We were falling behind in ticket
sales and were failing to get vendors to commit to our
event…"
Note: This assignment asked a different essay question
and is based on someone else’s experience. It also

esources, find collaborators/supporters, etc.)
 Were you successful in
inging about change?
 If so, what leadership capabilities do you have that were
valuable to making change?
 If not, what leadership capabilities did you lack to make the
change happen?
 What have you learned about your leadership
capabilities through this experience?

for the change to take place? (e.g. influence others, find
esources, find collaborators/supporters, etc.)
 Were you successful in
inging about change?
 If so, what leadership capabilities do you have that were
valuable to making change?

Project management and Survival with Innovation: Case Review with Servant Leadership Model

Introduction: The Background
To define leadership and the qualities of an ideal leader, it can be infe
ed that the skills of a genuine leader belong to the guidance given to the general public in the best manner possible to resolve any state of conflict or to expand the possibilities of growth and success through individualized stimulation and personal consideration given to the people. In fact, there are certain and specific modes of leadership that one would acquire and follow to become the leader of a particular interest or stream. In the selected case study, the organizational management and the role of innovation through proper follow up of the servant leadership model is examined with trait model intervened with the former.
The following case belongs to a constant downfall in the sales of the beverage product that our company was producing. The complaints were coming on a regular mode and we had no clue so far to resolve the state. The team that was involved in the R&D was not able to figure out the issues with the beverage product. Initially, when the product was launched, it had gained a booming response in the local market; the sales were high in the first quarter of profits and the company was positively looking forward to expand its business overseas by going into the international market with the signature
anding ad positioning techniques. However, the prime concern came up when the users began complaining over the quality issue; a consistent feedback was given that the beverage product was not ‘fit for healthy use’. It was like a drastic conclusion as the same ingredients were strictly used in the production and if the changes were coming in the consumer behavior, we needed to address them properly.
The Servant Leadership Model Intervened with Trait Model: Resolution

Before this scenario, I was working with another project, the management of sales and profits of a packaged food product that our company was supplying at that time. As a quick and random response, I was switched from that liability to manage the crisis situation with this product and I adhered to the policies of my job profile.
In the meeting, the discussion started with the points of production and management of the distribution of the product with the help of the supply chain network that we had in the local market. I asked for a detailed report of the production of the beverage product i.e. the ingredients...
