Overview:
Throughout this project, I gained a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques. In this research project I successfully initiate, plan, execute, manage, and close projects, ensuring their success and alignment with organizational objectives. A valuable insight into stakeholder management, program management, resource allocation, cost management, risk mitigation, and change management were particularly helpful. In cost planning section which includes estimating project costs, establishing a budget of $300,000, and building a reserve to protect against unexpected costs. Monitoring performance on a regular basis, capturing in project reports, ensuring financial transparency, and supporting risk management. In comprehensive risk management at all stages identified potential risks such as financial uncertainty, lack of stakeholder engagement and external factors.
