Does it make any difference whether the entrepreneur declares his or her intentions ahead of time, regarding both that the entrepreneurship is "social" and that it will be entrepreneurial, in order for it to count? If it is true that entrepreneurship often is noticed only after the fact, then when is it legitimate to label something as socially entrepreneurial? Include examples.
