With regard to its performance management system, Network Solutions, Inc. has a number of commendable qualities, including goal-setting clarity, feedback, and a focus on staff development. However, it is crucial to determine if these traits meet the more general standards of justice, organisational strategy alignment, and other crucial components of an efficient system. With the use of this research, we want to identify any components that are lacking, foresee any negative outcomes, and provide suggestions based on the integration of information from academic sources. Our ultimate objective is to improve Network Solutions, Inc.'s performance management system in order to promote a more productive and engaged staff.
