Better online evaluations, faster service, and more customer satisfaction are the expected outcomes. The "Five Whys" and a "Action Plan" can be used to effectively solve the problem. In order to provide a comprehensive approach to quality improvement, the "Five Whys" helps identify fundamental reasons and the "Action Plan" specifies the measures to fix them. With this combination, the restaurant may approach the issue methodically and effectively.
