Wicca as a New Religious Movement gained popularity in twentieth century. It combines religion with individual process thus making it an individualized process of religion. Witchcraft is considered as part of Pagan movement and the practices are based on pre-Christian cultures and religions. It is also known as The Craft or Witchcraft. This religion does not require any mentor or teacher to teach practices, rituals or beliefs.
It is more of a personalized movement of communal aspect, which is solitary in nature. Alone in US as per statistics recorded till 2008 there were nearly three thousand Wiccan practitioners (Mashable, 2020). As a part of sociology subject, it has been observed by the experts that there is no formal structure of this religions group and witches for the purpose of self-development participate in occult practices.
