Construction plan will provide an overview of the systematic plan of the series of the events to be taken up for making any construction project. The plan will detail each and every activity either in the macro format or will be more detailed to include each of the micro elements of the plan to create an overview of the complete construction process. At ideal level, the construction plan will also provide an overview of the people and processes that will be included in the project as well it will also include information about the actual time frame of action. The ultimate objective of the construction plan is to provide a basis for an overview of the actual work to be undertaken and this in-turn will provide scope for an effective and efficient project management work. The following part of the report will provide an overview of a construction plan for a specific construction work, a residential building construction. The plan will provide details of the events (Activities), the building plan and other pertinent information about the same. The selected construction is a single dwelling in Australia, which is a typical residential construction(Gurnu et al. 2016).
