Introduction
Topic of my thesis is Integrity and Trust since I consider them as two most critical ethical issues that are fundamental for the success of any business. My report begins with what I comprehend about business and what role ethics play in it. Supporting my view point, I have clearly mentioned articles that have been referred. Establishing the context here, this report is written from my personal experience of running my business and how ethical moulds it. Essentially for me integrity and trust are most important part of my business and if these are not present then there are serious consequences. Furthermore, provide ways to overcome the consequences and implement the ethics so that business can prosper by building its own identity of virtue.
Taking reference from “Managing business ethics” (Treviño, L. and Nelson, K., 2011) business primarily is about how one deals with people because business works for certain customers who are people and survives by the work performed by employees who are again people. Something that is innate in every human being is emphasis they devote towards ethic in business. Ethic provides people understanding that helps them to differentiate between right and wrong and also between good and bad.
