appropriate course of action can be defined the one that would maximize utility, primarily

can be considered an ethic model for the process of decision making which evaluates the 
decisions as well as behaviors, by their compatibility of the fundamental rights such as the right 
towards life, freedom, as well as the privacy of the person or various groups. According to rights 
model, decisions as well as behaviors needs to respect 6 moral rights including Life and Safety, 
Transparency, Information and other privacy, Conscious freedom, Expression Freedom as well
